The Dowagiac Knights of Columbus will be conducting their annual hoop shoot on Friday at Justus Gage Elementary School.
Registration begins at 4:30 p.m. The contest this year has six age groups (9-14) with both boys and girls divisions.
Each champion in this local contest will advance to the District Championship to be held in Watervliet on Feb. 7.
All area youth are encouraged and invited to participate.
The Dowagiac contest had a record turnout last year.
