Lady Rangers fall to Chiefs

WHITE PIGEON – Host White Pigeon improved to 7-1 Monday night with a 46-27 non-conference victory over Cassopolis.
The Lady Chiefs grabbed a 9-3 lead after one quarter of play, but the Lady Rangers cut the advantage down to four points, 17-13, by the intermission.
White Pigeon outscored Cassopolis 29-14 in the second half to pull away to the victory.
Tiffany Williams led the Lady Rangers with 10 points, three rebounds and two assists.
Cassopolis also got five points and two rebounds from Taira Williams, while Reese Ellison finished with four points, 10 rebounds and three blocks.
The Lady Chiefs' Olivia Nussbaum led all scorers with 14 points.
White Pigeon also got 10 points from Nikki DeMyer.
