Dowagiac City Council meets at 7 p.m. today at City Hall, 241 S. Front St.
The draft agenda released Friday includes three public hearings on industrial facilities exemptions (IFTs) for Ameriwood Industries, Premier Tool and Die Cast Corp. and the transfer of an IFT certificate from ICG to Premier.
There will be first reading of the amended ordinance for water and sewer rates.
City Manager Kevin Anderson is scheduled to report on the temporary winter utility bill payment policy. Under communications are tree-trimming, the Christmas parade and a living nativity by St. John's Dec. 12 in Beckwith Park.
