Jack Kuiper, 63, of South Third Street, Niles died at 9 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2007, at Silverbrook Manor, following an illness.
There will be no visitation or service.
Arrangements were by Halbritter Funeral Home, Niles.
