Phillip John Webster, 63, of Thompson Road in Niles, died at St. Joseph Regional Hospital on Monday, Oct.1, 2007.
A graveside memorial service will be held at Mission Hills Memorial Gardens in Niles on Friday, Oct. 5, at 11 am. He will be interred in the Garden of Hope at Mission Hills.
Arrangements were by Brown Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Niles.
