Melvin Leonard Bookout, 93, of Knoxville, Tenn., died Monday, Sept. 17, 2007.
A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Friday, Sept. 21, at Cedar Springs Presbyterian Church in Knoxville, Tenn., with the Rev. Vernon Holstad officiating.
The family will receive friends in the Fireside Room following the service at the church.
The family requests memorials may be made to: Dr. Tom Kim's Free Medical Clinic of America, 6209 Chapman Highway, Knoxville, Tenn. 37920. Arrangements were by Rose Mortuary Mann Heritage Chapel, Knoxville, Tenn.
