NILES – Heart City Toyota-Chrysler's goal is to bring a nice, hassle-free approach to its customers. Located in Elkhart, Ind. for many years, the company has ventured into Michigan in hopes of providing a more convenient location for those looking to buy quality used cars.
Heart City's new Program Car Factory program/rental outlet store, located at 1202 S. 11th Street (where Samsons was located), offers incredible values, the same premium vehicles and the same no-hassle approach that has made them Michiana's leading program/rental vehicle seller.
Sales manager Don Singleton, who has been with Heart City for 22 years, is ready to see you drive away in a great automobile.
"We have been really busy in Elkhart and have noticed a lot of customers from outside the area – like Niles, St. Joseph, Benton Harbor – and we wanted a location that would make it more convenient for them. Plus it was good timing with SamSon going away so we thought 'why not,'" Singleton said.
He went on to explain that the company offers vehicles at a lower price than most other dealerships, and even lower than Kelly Blue Book. This is made possible by the Program Vehicle Program, which is why Heart City is known as "The Program Car Factory." Here's how it works: The initial depreciation of a vehicle is absorbed by the rental company, which is why Heart City can offer an opportunity to buy a car, van or sport utility that can't be told from new. The vehicles have lots of warranty remaining at a price far below brand new.
Heart City is a Toyota and Chrysler franchise dealer, but when they find a great deal on program/rental units from another manufacturer, they offer it to the customer.
"We do what we can to make sure our customers leave happy. We don't hassle people, in other words, we won't run back and forth to different managers for prices and we won't give you a run around. All of our prices are clearly posted on all of our vehicles," Singleton said.
