EAU CLAIRE – Indian Lake Hills Golf Course is proud to host the Ninth Annual Ned Jamieson Memorial Tri-County Junior Championship.
This annual 18-hole stroke play championship will be played on Wednesday, June 27.
Open to boys and girls ages 12 to 17 that are year round residents of Berrien, Cass, and Van Buren counties.
A practice round will be allowed for registered participants on the Monday or Tuesday prior to the championship after 6 p.m. To register, call or stop by Indian Lake Hills Golf Course.
Trophies will be awarded to the winner and runner up in each of five divisions: Boys 12-13, 14-15, and 16-17, Girls 12-17.
The entry fee of $15 includes the championship round with lunch and a practice round.
Ned Jamieson, a long time golf professional and instructor, made Indian Lake Hills Golf Course his home base, after a career that began in the early 1920s in Carnoustie, Scotland.
Ned made many friends by sharing his wit, talent and love of the game of golf.
It is fitting that this Memorial tournament honors our friend and pass on his love of the game to the next generation.
