NILES – The Brandywine varsity wrestling team hosted its own Super Six tournament on Saturday and posted a 4-0 record on the day.
The last round and a half were not wrestled due to weather conditions and travel distances.
Olivet posted a 3-0 record, Athens went 2-1, Hartford ended the day 1-3, Watervliet went 1-4 and Lawton rounded out the six teams with an 0-3 record.
Brandywine defeated Hartford 66-15; Athens 45-33; Watervliet 66-18 and Lawton 60-24. The Bobcats' match against Olivet was canceled.
Individuals going 4-0 on the day for Brandywine were Bryon Fisher (103), Pat Van Laere (130), Joel Perry (160), Kyle Jones (189), Jeremy Hechtl (215) and Danny Eaglebarger (275).
Brandywine will hit the road on Wednesday for a dual match with Schoolcraft and Bronson.
The Bobcats are now 30-5 on the season.
