Robert Andrew Edson, 73, a resident of Shalimar, Fla., passed away peacefully on July 31, 2006, surrounded by his family.
His family will receive friends at Emerald Coast Funeral Home, 113 Racetrack Road, NE, Fort Walton Beach, Fla., tonight, Aug. 2, from 5 to 7 p.m.
Funeral services will be conducted at Emerald Coast Funeral Home on Thursday, Aug. 3, at 10 a.m. with Chaplain Buddy Duncan.
Interment will follow at Heritage Gardens Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to the Fort Walton Beach Lions Club, P.O. Box 844, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32549, in Robert's memory.
