Paula S. Tiffany, 67, of Portage Road, Niles, died on West Bertrand Road at 7 p.m. on Saturday, May 13, of injuries following an equestrian accident.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Monday, June 5, at Halbritter Funeral Home in Niles with the Rev. Carl Peltz, of Niles, officiating.
Burial will take place at Greenlawn Cemetery in Akron, Ohio.
Family will receive friends beginning at 2 p.m., one hour prior to the services, also on Monday, at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions, in her memory, may be made to Pet Refuge or to a humane society of the donor's choice.
Arrangements were made by Halbritter Funeral Home, in Niles.
