Howard Demont Melrose, 69, of East Monroe Street, South Bend, Ind., died at 2:35 p.m. on Saturday, March 18, at the Community Health Center of Branch County.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, March 22, at First United Methodist Church, in South Bend, Ind., with David Smith officiating.
Burial will take place at 10 a.m. on Thursday, at North Shore Memory Gardens, in Hagar Township.
Family will receive friends from noon to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, prior to the services, at the church.
Arrangements were by Hoven Funeral Home, in Buchanan.
