VANDALIA - A record number of horse enthusiasts attended the two-day Mechanics' N Motion seminar held in Cass County. The seminar was lead by World Champion and International Clinician Mark Shaffer of Pilot Point, Texas.
Shaffer clearly explained and demonstrated the methods and exercises used to achieve physical and mental focus with your horse to participants and attendees of all ages, skill levels and disciplines.
Cass County 4-H club members hosted the event for the educational benefit of the local 4-H horse members and the larger horse community. Proceeds were dedicated toward the future building of an 80 stall horse barn at the Cass County Fair grounds.
