Stephen R. Aykroyd, 58, of Tomahawk Lane, Niles, died unexpectedly at 11:26 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 21, at Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center, In South Bend, Ind.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 25, at Saint Mary Catholic Church, in Niles, with the Rev. Joseph McCormick, O.S.A., officiating. Entombment will be at Mount Olivet Mausoleum, in Waterloo, Iowa. The family will receive relatives and friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 24, at Halbritter Funeral Home, in Niles, with a Prayer Service at 7:30 p.m.
