The Niles annual fireworks display sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce will be held on Sunday, July 3, at the Apple Festival Fair Grounds, at the corner of 17th and Lake streets, at dusk.
The festival grounds will be filled with vendors selling food and refreshments from late afternoon. Portable toliets will be put up on the festival ground.
Firework watchers will find ample parking in the area, with volunteers assiting the police department with parking.
Ron Sather, Chamber president and CEO, encourages watchers to come at the fairgrounds to enjoy the show.
Though dusk will begin around 9:30 p.m., he said people are welcome to come earlier to find a good place from which to watch the fireworks display with their families.
Monday, July 4, is the rain date.
