Drugs pushed to juveniles, three adults arrested

On Tuesday, May 24, at about 3:30 p.m., the Niles City Police Department received a 911 call about a group of juveniles who were passing by the Seven Days Party Store, located at the corner of Fifth and Sycamore streets, and were allegedly asked to buy drugs.
When they stated no, they were allegedly threatened with being beaten up or killed, the juveniles reported to police.
When city police officers arrived at the scene, they found Demarco Jacquez Thompson, Alveta Laquinn Patterson and Tiara Latreese Williams of 500 Sycamore in Niles on the porch in possession of crack cocaine. Police reports listed all three as adults, but no individual ages were available.
The address for all three is 500 Sycamore, reports indicate.
Police report four plastic bags each with one rock of crack were in plain view at the suspects' feet.
Thompson was arrested pending charges for his third offense of possession of less than 25 grams of crack with the intention to deliver. Williams was arrested pending charges for frequenting a drug house and for disorderly conduct, as was Patterson.

Ian Gunther Lucker, 19, 1206 Jerome, Niles, was arrested pending charges for larceny of a motor vehicle after he was witnessed breaking into a van at the Niles Inn.

charges for possession of marijuana at his home after police were called
their on a domestic disturbance.
