Bucks get Rammed

NILES - South Haven's tennis team proved to be a threat to host Buchanan Monday afternoon as the Rams grabbed a 7-1 win over the Bucks.
Brad Burns was the lone winner for Buchanan at No. 4 singles against Doug Raak. Burns fell in the first set 4-6, but rebounded in the next two sets winning 6-1, 6-1.
Korey Camp fell to Skyler Waaso at No. 1 singles 2-6, 2-6, Harper Sulier suffered a 0-6, 2-6 loss to Kale Waaso at No. 2 singles and Mario Bonardi took a 2-6, 4-6 loss at No. 3 singles against Kyle Gruber.
At No. 1 doubles, Andrew Gordon and Davids Wright fell to Kyle Shunske and Robert Missman 6-3, 3-6,1-6.
Dillon Bailey and Andrew Scoggin took a 5-7, 1-6 loss at No. 2 doubles against Tom Larson and Matt Blake.
At No. 3 doubles, Sean Thronton and Josh Niven suffered a 4-6, 6-6 loss to Kyle Brush and Dani Poushda and Taylor Oake and Justin Lovelady fell at No. 4 doubles to mathan Keech and Zach Kneeland 5-7, 3-6.
Buchanan will have three days to prepare for the MHSAA Regional matches on Friday. More information will be available on match times later this week.
