NILES - The Niles junior varsity baseball team swept host John Adams on Saturday, winning 8-5 and 14-4.
Tim Hardy had two hits for the Vikings in the first game, while Alex Wilson tripled and drove in three runs. Drew Donohue and Keith Bouwkamp each had two RBIs. Kevin Ostrowski was the winning pitcher.
Hardy had two home runs, a single and two RBIs in the second game. Bouwkamp added three doubles and five RBIs. Dustin Anderson doubled. Josh Beers finished with two singles.
Anderson went the distance for the mound victory.
