Niles native returns for Chamber breakfast

NILES - The Four Flags Area Chamber of Commerce in Niles will be hosting its 2005 Annual Awards and Scholarship Dinner on Wednesday March 23 at the Niles Elk's Lodge. Social hour begins at 6 p.m. followed by dinner at 7 p.m.
All Chamber members and the general public are invited. Those wishing to attend much call the Chamber at (269) 683-3720 to reserve a seat and dinner entree. Tickets have already sold out.
The featured speaker this year will be Jack Strayer. Strayer is recognized for his informative and entertaining presentation on the happenings in Washington D.C. He writes a weekly column that appears courtesy of Knight Rider Newspapers. He has appeared on CNN, Prime Time News, Inside Politics, Fox News Channel, CBS-TV, C-Span, and Fox Morning News.
Strayer maintains a private policy practice in Washington D.C. He serves as a Washington representative for the Dallas based National Center for Policy Analysis and is responsible for the NCPA's agenda on Capitol Hill and the Media.
This annual event recognized individuals and companies on their success and the positive effort in the community.
This year awards will include a Community Service Award, Lifetime Achievement Award, Small Business of the Year, and Business of the Year. The Chamber will also be presenting its awards to the "Women of the Year" and "Man of the Year."
Scholarships will also be awarded at the dinner to selected Brandywine and Niles High School seniors.
