WHITE PIGEON - For the second time this season host White Pigeon edged Edwardsburg's varsity basketball team, 68-64.
The Eddies (4-7) dropped a 52-47 decision to the Chiefs back in December in the championship game of the Holiday Tournament.
On Tuesday night, the Eddies fell behind 21-14 after one period of play but rallied in the second quarter to take a 31-27 lead at the intermission.
White Pigeon (6-4) reclaimed the lead after three quarters of play as it outscored the Eddies, 23-16.
Both teams battled back-and-forth in the final eight minutes with the Chiefs able to hold off Edwardsburg for the victory.
Nick Roth continued his torrid scoring pace with a game-high 29 points.
The Eddies also got 11 points from Doug Shuttleworth.
