The Brandywine Varsity Volleyball advanced to the semifinals in Bronze division Saturday at the Ferris State Invitational.
The Bobcats defeated Chippewa Hills 25-15, 25-19 and Birmingham Southern 25-23, 25-22. They lost to Lowell 18-25, 10-25, Muskegon Heights 29-19, 11-25, 8-15 and Byron Center 25-23, 20-25, 8-15.
Emily Whitney had 79 assists, 18 kills, 13 digs, nine aces and five blocks for Brandywine. Nikki Cooper had 32 digs, 26 kills and seven aces. Kelli Zache had 13 digs and 11 kills and Kendra Zache had 13 kills and five aces.
