Last year the Lake Michigan Catholic Volleyball program was able to bring in the Michigan State University Men's Volleyball team to put on a couple of youth volleyball clinics for the community.
Due to the overwhelming response and success of last year's clinic. Michigan State is going to do three volleyball clinics for the youth and adults of our community.
There will be an adult volleyball clinic in the morning on Jan. 15 from 10 a.m. to noon. There will be a youth volleyball clinic for grades 7-12 from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30. Finally, there will be a youth clinic for grades 2-6 from 3 to 5 p.m. All clinics cost $10 and are held at Lake Michigan Catholic Elementary School on Washington Avenue in St. Joseph.
Every adult or youth participant in this years volleyball clinic will be allowed to purchase a Notre Dame versus Michigan State University Men's Volleyball t-shirt for an additional $10.
Also every clinic participant will be given a pass to get into the MSU-Notre Dame Volleyball match that evening for free.
The collegiate volleyball match will be held in the Lake Michigan Catholic High School Gym downtown St. Joseph at 7:15 p.m. Jan. 15. Tickets will be available for $3 at the door for those not participating in the clinics.
