Brandywine's wrestlers dropped a pair of matches Wednesday at Gobles. The Bobcats fell 47-30 to the host Tigers, followed by a 45-35 loss to Hastings.
Against Gobles, Brandywine got a forfeit victory from Andrew Libera at 103 pounds. The Bobcats' Coulter Kane at 145, Taylor Brenner at 152 and Adam Simons at 189 won decisions.
Kyle Jones at 171 pounds and Jeremy Hechtl at 215 won by pin fall.
Against Hastings, Pat VanLaere won by pin at 119, as did Jones, Simons, Hechtl and Jeremy Howell.
Hechtl pinned both his opponents in a combined 30 seconds. Both of his victories came in 15 seconds. Hechtl, along with Jones and Simons went 2-0 on the night for the Bobcats.
