NILES - Niles Community Schools superintendent Doug Law and Niles District Education Association president Andrew Roberts announced they had made significant progress towards an aggreement Tuesday.
The two parties held negotiations early Tuesday morning and released a joint press release stating that both parties developed guidelines for a settlement.
Both also agreed to make no further public comments until the details of the agreement were finalized. The process is expected to take several weeks.
