The Howard Township 10-year-old all-star team opened Thursday with 11-4 win over St. Joe at the Hartford Tournament. Dallas Munger, Logan Harpenau and Casey Cochran each had hits. Taylor Campbell, Cody Beers and Alex Grishaber had two hits each. Zack Webber went 3-for-4 and Matthew McLaughlin went 4-for-4 at the plate. The all-stars held St. Joe to seven hits. Howard takes on North Lincoln A at 11 a.m. Saturday in Hartford.
