NILES -- The Niles Human Rights Forum will hold its monthly meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 24 at 7 p.m. in the Niles District Library meeting room, 620 E. Main St.
This month's program will be "Memorials of the Faithful: The Souls That Leaven The World" in memory of forum members Florence Chan and Ray Curtis who both died in December. This program was originally scheduled to be held in January, but was postponed due to bad weather. People are invited to share stories of Florence and Ray as well as other loved ones who have died.
