Counting blessings: Family, friends, health top Niles lists

NILES -- What are you thankful for?
Family, friends, health and positive economic trends top the list of some Niles notables this holiday season.
Ron Sather is president and chief executive officer of the Four Flags Area Chamber of Commerce.
Juan Ganum, City of Niles community development director, is "most thankful for my family, for a loving and caring wife and fantastic and supportive parents."
Ganum's wife is Jody Ganum and his parents are Juan and Silvia Ganum of Grosse Point.
Ganum has spearheaded and been instumental in a multitude of projects at work now in Niles.
Neil Coulston, Niles public works director, is thankful for family, friends and good health.
He's also thankful for his job.
Coulston also has some concerns this holiday season.
Michelle Boyd, owner of Signal Travel and Tours in Niles and president of the Niles Downtown Development Authority, said she's thankful for her mother and husband, Betty Zellers and Doug Boyd, and good friends and good health.
