Indiana Thunder tryouts Saturday afternoon

Indiana Thunder, a women's full-contact football team, will host a Football Clinic and Tryouts on Saturday from 3-6 p.m. at New Prairie High School, located 5333 N. Cougar Rd. New Prairie, Ind.
We are looking for women who have a love of sports and a thrill for winning and fun. Participants should dress in comfortable workout attire, and be prepared to perform intense football drills that will test agility, endurance, speed and skill. All recruits must have health insurance and be prepared to pay a $35 tryout fee.
The Indiana Thunder is a member of The National Women's Football Association which is the largest women's full-contact football league in the world, with 37 teams in 23 states.
The league will open the season on April 3, 2004, with a five-year contract with the Football Network. Several games will be telecast on cable television.
