The Niles Rocket Football No. 3 team beat Dowagiac Saturday morning in its first home game of the season.
Key contributors to the Niles defense were Cody Beers, Alex Grishaber, Tyler Fisher, Stuart Coulston, Jacob Schrader and Andrue Gary.
The Niles offense was led by quarterback Dallas Munger who scored on a 70-yard run, Logan Harpenau who scored on a 70-yard run and Jacob Stanage who scored on runs of 60 and 65 yards. Christopher Mungus also helped out by kicking extra points.
