Brandywine rolls to Lakeland Conference tennis victory

Brandywine improved to 6-2 overall and 3-1 in league play with a 7-1 Lakeland Conference tennis victory over Coloma Monday afternoon.
The Bobcats swept the doubles matches and lost just one singles match.
Jenny Zellman, Jenny Cowen and Amy Konopinski won singles matches for Brandywine.
Doubles teams of Christine Dvorak and Bethany Daniel; Lisa Konopinski and Kristin Peters; and Amber Valentine and Ashley Valentine each won their matches.
The No. 4 doubles team of Nikki Cooper and Courtney Schlutt won by forfeit as Coloma did not have a team.
Brandywine hosts Buchanan Wednesday afternoon at Plym Park for a key Lakeland Conference dual match.
