Coloma wins Lakeland event

Edwardsburg hosted a Lakeland Conference golf jamboree at Hampshire Country Club in Dowagiac Tuesday afternoon and Coloma came away with the victory.
The Comets shot 169 to take the top spot. Brandywine shot 176 to finish second and River Valley came in third with 177. Cassopolis finished fourth with a score of 179, Edwardsburg finished fifth with 181, Bridgman came in sixth with 186, Buchanan finished seventh with 194 and Berrien Springs shot 196 to finish eighth.
Joe Sobieralski led Brandywine with a score of 43. Kory Bridges and Mike Beauchamp each shot 44 while Justin Ely shot 45 for the Bobcats. Josh Dickeson shot 51 and Justin Sobecki came in with a 57.
Scott Lolmaugh led Buchanan with a score of 44. Matt Adams shot 46 and Jeremy Bachman shot 48. Brian Lembke also shot 56.
Cassopolis was led by meet medalist Mike Vite with a score of 39. Dan Stanage shot 44 and Matt Gadacz shot 47. Will Loux added 49 whiel Josh Ampey shot 50 and Austin Francis shot 60.
Nick Roth led Edwardsburg with 43. Jon Muff shot 44 and Adam Horn shot 46. Jesse Johnson, Ryan Stoneburner and Sam Ludwig each shot 48 for the Eddies.
