Bobcats take second at Bronson

The Brandywine tennis team finished second at Saturday's Bronson Invitational.
Jackson Parma Western won the four-team event with 30 points. The Bobcats finished with 23 points followed by Bronson with 16 points and Marshall with 11 points.
Winning first places for Brandywine were Amber Valentine and Ashley Valentine at No. 3 doubles and Nikki Cooper and Courtney Schlutt at No. 4 doubles.
Amy Konopinski finished second in the tournament at No. 4 singles. Bethany Daniel and Christine Dvorak took second at No. 1 doubles as did Lisa Konopinski and Kristin Peters at No. 2 doubles.
Brandywine plays at Paw Paw today and at Niles on Wednesday.
