Anything that Float doesn’t disappoint festival-goers

NILES -- Certainly one of the biggest attractions at any year's Niles Riverfest is the Anything That Floats raft contest.
More of a parade of imagination than anything, teams of individuals and organizations spent hours building their raft for the Ninth Annual "Anything That Floats Contest," based on the theme "Rafts From Around the World."
This year there were 38 entries. This is not the largest amount they have ever had, but the people who participated more than made up for it.
Festival goers were treated to comic relief from the rafters, many of whom were throwing water balloons at one another, and many rafters were just having a good time, dancing and waving to everyone ashore.
