Niles hits four homers in sweep of Harper Creek

The Niles baseball team swept a Southwest Michigan Athletic Conference doubleheader at Battle Creek Harper Creek Tuesday afternoon.
The Vikings, which are now 13-12, earned victories of 1-0 and 15-5.
John Kessick hit a solo home run which proved to be the game-winner in the first game. He also earned the victory on the mound for Niles.
The Vikings erupted in the second game as Ryne Dowling, Josh Henry and Brooks Bonner each hit a home run.
Adrian Davis earned the pitching victory for Niles in the second game.
The Vikings host Kalamazoo Central Thursday afternoon at 4 p.m.
