The Niles tennis team dropped an 8-0 decision to non-conference foe Edwardsburg Tuesday afternoon.
The Vikings return to action Saturday at the Southwest Michigan Athletic Conference meet in Battle Creek.

Buchanan's baseball team dropped to 5-11 with a 10-6 loss at Centreville Wednesday afternoon.
Brandon Godsey took the pitching loss and hit a double.

Niles freshmen keep winning
The Niles freshman softball team continued its winning streak by beating the Buchanan junior varsity 8-3 in non-league action.
Julie Kater stuck out eight of the Bucks to earn her third straight pitching victory.
Zoe Richard led the Lady Vikes with two hits. Lauryn Gibson had a double while Monica Bender, Julie Kater, Sarah Martin, Samantha Beck and Lanisha Davis had one hit apiece in the victory.
The freshman team, now 3-8, will play at Constantine Tuesday.
