NILES -- Longmeadow Development will be the first Niles area development showcased in the Home Builders Association of St. Joseph Valley Inc. Builder's Showcase.
The annual showcase will be held the weekends of May 10 and 11, May 17 and 18.
A home built by Stacy Builders will be on display in the Residence at Longmeadow from 1 to 6 p.m. on the showcase days.
Jane Tenney, developer of Longmeadow, feels this is the beginning of an increased interest from the South Bend, Ind., area.
Longmeadow is located at the southeast corner of US 31 and Niles-Buchanan Road.
Another event by the Home Builders Association of St. Joseph Valley Inc. is the Panorama of Homes later this year.
