Lakeshore pulls away in second half against Eddies

STEVENSVILLE — The Edwardsburg girls basketball team was outscored 33-20 in the second half of their non-conference game against host Lakeshore Tuesday night.

The Lancers turned a 29-23 halftime advantage into a 62-43 victory over the Eddies.

Lakeshore scored 16 points in the final eight minutes, while holding Edwardsburg to seven points to pull away with the easy victory.

Morgan Kaiser had a game-high 22 points for the Lancers, who also got 14 points from Sarah Dubbert 14.

Savannah Dixon led the Eddies with 14 points and Kaitlyn Zarycki added 10.
