For the second time this season, the Buchanan Bucks buried the Comstock Colts in BSC Athletic Conference football.

The Bucks (7-0) finished with 346 yards passing and 179 yards rushing in their 60-12 win over the Colts.

Buchanan defeated Comstock 69-0 back in Week 2.

The Bucks’ quarterback combo of Darren Shearer and Jarrett Thomas combined for 419 yards of total offense.

Shearer was 13-of-14 for 249 yards and a pair of touchdown to Tim McCaffrey and another to Bryce Vineyard, while Thomas was 8-of-12 for 97 yards and a touchdown to Josiah Smith.

Thomas also ran for 76 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

Friday night’s victory sets up a BCS Athletic Conference showdown Friday night between the undefeated Bucks and undefeated Berrien Springs.
