Bridgman wins Brandywine jamboree

Lake Michigan Catholic will take a one-point lead into the BCS Athletic Conference finale at Buchanan Monday.
Bridgman closed the gap to 18-17 by winning the Brandywine jamboree held at Signal Point in Niles Thursday.
The Bees, led by medalist Nick Knowlton’s 38, shot 187 as a team. The Lakers were second at 194, while host Brandywine was third with a 197. New Buffalo and Buchanan round out the scoring with a 206 and 220 respectively.
Alec DeJonge led the Bobcats with a 42. Devin Skwiercz led the Bucks with a 54.
