BENTON HARBOR — Lake Michigan Catholic defended hits home course by holding off Brandywine by a single stroke in the BCS Athletic Conference West Division Jamboree at Lake Michigan Hills Monday.

The Lakers shot 190, while the Bobcats shot 191. Bridgman was third at 192, New Buffalo fourth at 195 and Buchanan fifth at 219.

The Bees’ Nick Knowlton shot 39 to earn medalist honors.

Alec DeJonge led Brandywine with a 41, while Jacob Graham shot 53 for the Bucks.
