COLOMA — A pair of first half goals was all visiting Brandywine needed to defeat Coloma Thursday.

Jaleesa Garner and Brooke Smith both scored in the first half as the Bobcats beat the Comets 2-0 to improve to 4-1 on the year.

Garner scored in the fourth minute off an assist from Alexis Garcia.

Smith scored on a direct kick with the assist going to Garner.

Brandywine is back in action Monday as it Bridgman for a BCS Athletic Conference West Division match.
