ST. JOSEPH, Mich. — Anxious to see winter end?

“Then call your mother. Call your sister. Call your girlfriends and meet March 13-15 in St. Joseph,” said Jill Stone, executive director of St. Joseph Today. “Our downtown is welcoming spring by helping women of all ages embrace their inner Diva.”

Diva Days — a Women’s Weekend is a collaborative celebration hosted by this Lake Michigan resort town’s restaurants, stores and hotels. It gives ladies dozens of reasons to come together for pampering, shopping and entertainment.

“While it’s fun to come in for one day, it’s really a great excuse for ‘the girls’ to stay overnight with each other,” Stone said.

Stone said the first 150 women to register and pay for Diva Days weekend events at the Welcome Center, 301 State St. in St. Joseph, will receive a Dynamite Diva Swag Bag with special discounts and offers at participating locations.

“We also have BFF pricing on tickets to our two main events,” she said adding that registrants can buy two tickets for $60 ($35 for single tickets) at the Welcome Center or online at stjoetoday.com/diva until March 6. • March 13, Must-Have Mixer and Fashion Preview at The Heritage Museum and Cultural Center, 601 Main St. Doors open at 6 p.m., Fashion Show starts at 7 p.m. This premier event showcases the latest spring fashions from downtown stores: DK Boutique, Friends by Design, Grins of St. Joseph, Lana’s Boutique, Lazy Daisy and more. The evening includes one complimentary beverage ticket for the cash bar, DJ, swag bag and giveaways.

• March 14, Fiddler’s Congress Concert, Box Factory for the Arts, 1101 Broad St. at 7:30 p.m. Admission ticket provides lively music and also includes a complimentary drink ticket.
