Rangers edge Bridgman in double overtime

BRIDGMAN — Visiting Cassopolis needed double overtime to defeat Bridgman in a BCS Athletic Conference non-divisional boys basketball game Tuesday night.

The Rangers (2-1) outscored the Bees (2-1) 19-16 in the second overtime to pull out the 78-75 victory.

The game was tied at 55-55 at the end of regulation and 59-59 after the first overtime.

Brandon Glover scored 25 points to lead the Rangers, who also got 17 points from Deion Gatson and 14 points from Bryce Saxton.

Nick Knowlton had a game-high 32 points for Bridgman. Shivam Patel added 20 points.
