Stella’s six goals lift Bobcats to victory

CASSOPOLIS — The Brandywine soccer team won its second straight BCS Athletic Conference match as it defeated host Cassopolis 9-1 Thursday.

The Bobcats (5-2, 2-0 BCS) got six goals and an assist from Dominic Stella, while Zach Schmidt scored three goals and dished out a pair of assists.

Also picking up assists were Steve Mugenzi (4), Brady Duval (2) and Kudzia Nyasvisvo.

Brandywine will host Coloma at 5 p.m. Monday.
