Jack Sodeman
Jack E. Sodeman, 67, of Edwardsburg, died peacefully Sunday morning, Aug. 31, 2014, in his residence in the presence of his family.
Jack was born Nov. 28, 1946, in Elkhart, Indiana to Russell and Mary Ellen (Adams) Sodeman. He was preceded in death by his parents; twin brothers, Timothy Ray Sodeman and Terrance Jay Sodeman;
Jack will be greatly missed by family and friends. He is survived by two sons, Jeffrey Sodeman and Mark Sodeman, both of Elkhart; two daughters, Pamela Sodeman of South Bend, Shari McDonald of Edwardsburg; eleven grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will gather Saturday, Sept. 6, 2014 from 5 p.m. until time of service at 7 p.m. in Connelly Chapel Wagner Family Funerals, 202 North Broadway Street, Cassopolis, with the Reverend Steve Steel. The service will conclude with Military Honors provided by active members of the U. S. Army and the combined honor guard of the William E. Lozier V.F.W. Post 10704 and the Efton James American Legion Post 205.
Mr. Sodeman’s remains will be laid to rest in Kessington Cemetery, Mason Township.
The family prefers memorial contributions be made in Jack’s name to Wagner Family Funerals to help defray final expenses.
