Teresa H. Adkins, 51, of Middleport, Ohio, passed away at Holzer Medical Center in Gallipolis, Ohio on Tuesday, Aug. 12, 2014. She was born in Dowagiac to Harold and Rena (Ruff) Harris on Feb. 22, 1963.

A gathering of family and friends will take place at Clark Chapel & Cremation Services at 405 Center Street in Dowagaic on Saturday, Aug. 16, from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m., followed by a celebration of life service at 4:30 p.m. Burial will take place on Monday, Aug. 18th at 1 p.m. at Riverside Cemetery in Dowagiac.
