Sheriff Joseph M. Underwood Jr. reports his office is investigating the personal injury accident. This crash happened at M-60 and US Highway 12 bypass in Milton Township, Cass County, Michigan. Kennedy was turning left onto US-12 eastbound when she failed to yield the right of way to westbound traffic.

Kennedy was struck by a Dodge caravan, driven by Richard Flora, of Niles. Flora and his wife, Ann, 70, were transported to St. Joseph Medical Center for their injuries.

Marsha Kennedy was treated by EMS personal at the scene and released.
