Duncan tosses perfect game in Bobcats’ sweep

Behind a perfect by Kyle Duncan, the Brandywine baseball team swept a non-league doubleheader from River Valley Wednesday.

Duncan struck out nine and did not walk a batter as the Bobcats pounded the Mustangs 19-0 in the second game.

Tanner Bourdon had a pair of doubles for Brandywine, which also got a double from Hunter Jankowiak.

In the opening game, the Bobcats (2-1) won 17-0 as Brock Hartline tossed a one-hitter with eight strikeouts.

Duncan had a pair of doubles for Brandywine, which finished with 11 hits.
