Mallett

Amber and Quantrell Mallett, of Dowagiac, are the parents of a son, born March 10, 2014 at Lakeland-Niles.

He weighed 7 pounds.

The Mallets are also the parents of three sons and one daughter: De’Quan, 6; Quenton, 5; Quanesha, 3 and King-TreyQuan, 1.

Maternal grandparents are Brenda Adkins and Terry Vogelsang, of Niles. Paternal grandparents are Lynn Mallett and Gerald Harper of Chicago, Ill.

 

Powell

Brittainy and Zachary Powell, of Dowagiac, are the parents of a daughter, born March 10, 2014, at Lakeland-Niles.

She weighed 6 pounds 14 ounces.

The Powells are also the parents of three sons and two daughters: Jasmine, 9; Josiah, 8; Ignacio, 3; Elicio, 3; and Kami, 1.

Maternal grandparents are Kim Wheetley and the late Frank Rangel, of Dowagiac. Paternal grandparents are Margarete Sweet and Tyrone Powell, of Kalamazoo.

 

Covyeau-Davis

Karli Covyeau and Jeffery Davis, of Niles, are the parents of Jacksen, born March 14, 2014.

He weighed 9 pounds 3 ounces.

Maternal grandparents are Joe and Joede Covyeau of Niles. Paternal grandparents are John and Patricia Davis, of Decatur and Niles, respectably. Maternal great-grandparents are Josephine Covyeau and Gary McCleland of Niles. Paternal great-grandparents are Valery Heidbrink, henry Preis, Jim Davis and Karen Fuller.

 

Prescott

Adam and Juana Prescott of Niles are the parents of a son, born March 14, 2014, at Lakeland-Niles.

He weighed 6 pounds 3 ounces.

The Prescotts are also the parents of one son, Braylon, 2.

Maternal grandparents are Antonio and Ana Aguirre of Niles. Paternal grandparents are Christina and Rodney Prescott, of Niles.

James and Kimberly Cooper, of Buchanan, are the parents of a son, born March 17, 2014.

He weighed 8 pounds.
