The Great Start Parent Coalition is inviting all Cass County families with children ages infant to 12 to learn about Healthy Nutrition.

Zelda Felix-Mottley, the extension educator of the Berrien County Health and Nutrition Office, will be speaking about the nutritional needs of newborns to school-aged children.

Get ideas for healthy food options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A free meal and childcare will be provided.

The meeting will be held from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 13, 2014.

The meeting will be held in the parent resource room in the early childhood Wing of Squires, 725 Center St., Cassopolis.
